Jessica has always had a passion for using design as a means to create change. In addition to running JWatson Creative, she is a manager for the professional networking group B’More Creatives. In 2013, she spent the entire year operating the business remotely while living in different cities across the country. Additionally, she spearheaded the 28 Days of Kindness project in 2014. When she’s not out saving the world, you’ll find her in a kayak, on a trail, or in search of her next adventure.

Anna has over 10 years of experience in marketing, user-interface design, website design and development. Anna received her BS in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She has a strong eye for design and fostering creative solutions for diverse clientele, working with companies across the globe. Anna worked with Jessica on the 28 Days of Kindness Project. When she’s not knee deep in code, you’ll find her on a boat, on the beach, or spending time with her friends and family.

Lori has over 10 years holistic experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, conversion analysis, social (paid and earned), analytics, IA, mobile, eCommerce, traditional media and business development. She can plan it, implement it, manage it and measure it. She earned her degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at UMD College Park. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, healthy cooking, UFC fights and frolicking with furry woodland creatures.

Liz is a digital designer and developer based in Baltimore, MD. She has over 8 years of agency experience where she worked on national and international brands. Liz’s specialties include digital design, interactive advertising, website planning, UX design, responsive website design and development, and email marketing.
